Principle Accountabilities

• Read & Understand customer’s SOP, align process to meet requirements of customer SOP
• Liaise with garment vendors, freight forwarders & overseas customers for shipping documentation
• Handle end-to-end export documentation process of Pre/Post shipments
• Shipment planning with various freight forwarders
• Coordinate with internal Merchandising team for related issues & cooperation
• Analyze & make monthly reports and highlight key issues & discuss appropriate solutions
• Provide customer care & quality of services to build customer base & relationships

Qualifications, Experience & Expertise

• A degree / Diploma or Professional qualification in supply chain / Logistics / Imports & Exports
• 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
• Previous experience in SAP would be an added advantage
• proficiency in MS Excel including Macros, Pivots & 81 tools
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Knowledge about the BOI process would be an added advantage
• An excellent team player with the ability to be self-motivated & work independently
