Painter (Three Wheeler Assembly Line)

Job profile

We are looking for a skilled and motivated painter to join our three wheeler assembly line at our vehicle assembly complex in Horana.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to key initiatives such as:

• Paint shop operations: Ensure high quality finish and adherence to colour and quality standards.
• Process improvement: Support continuous improvement in painting processes and work methods.
• Safety & compliance: Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with standards.
• Equipment & maintenance support: Assist in the proper use and maintenance of painting equipment and tools.
• Three wheeler product quality: Ensure consistent paint quality and appearance of three wheelers.

Candidate profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the three wheeler industry.
• Should have knowledge in surface preparation, painting techniques and paint application processes.
• Should be responsible, hardworking and able to work in a team.
• Good physical fitness and willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.
• A positive attitude and a keen eye for quality and detail.
