Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns under senior guidance.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, and ad spend.
- Test ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting to improve results.
- Maintain UTM tagging and campaign naming conventions.
- Prepare weekly performance reports covering spend, leads, conversions, and cost per lead.
- Assist with competitor research, auction insights, and Meta Ad Library reviews.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in paid digital marketing.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 6-12 months of hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
Qualifications
Nice to have:
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking.
- Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience using AI tools to support ad copy, research, or campaign optimisation.
