Operations manager – Dambulla factory

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in garment manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be energetic, a team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, the ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.

Requirements

1. Soundtrack record with a minimum 03 years’ experience as operations manager.
2. High degree of interpersonal and strong leadership & managerial skills.
3. A thorough / in – depth knowledge of the entire manufacturing process that covers fabric inspection, production planning, cutting, sewing, industrial engineering, finishing & warehousing and quality & technical.
4. Be dynamic, self – motivated & result oriented.
5. Should be able to work under pressure, achieving set goals and meeting deadlines.
6. Should be an individual who promotes innovations.
7. Be cost conscious and have eye for detail.
8. Computer literacy & fluent in English.
9. Good leadership that motivates and develops team.
10. Knowledge in lean and IE will be added advantages.
11. Experience in bra, lingerie, brief, sportswear and swimwear.
12. A degree/NDT from a recognized university/institution.
