On-Site Sales Technician

Join our dynamic team at Budry Scales, the leading provider of weighing scales and accessories. We are looking for a motivated individual to setup weighing scales at a given customer’s location.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Proficient in computer software and networking
• Languages: Fluency in at least two languages (Sinhala/English/Tamil)
• Experience: Proven experience in communicating well with customers
• Product Knowledge: Weighing scales and accessories (Training provided)
• Team Player: Capable of collaborating with other teams
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications (Spreadsheets, invoicing, ERP systems, etc.)
• Travel: Should be able to travel to client’s location around the island
  
• Key Responsibilities:
• Travel anywhere Islandwide and setup weighing scale at a customer’s location (Transport and other costs will be reimbursed)
• Complete PC software setup, mobile app setup and training for the customer
• Ensure thorough knowledge of the devices you are trained on
• Offer after sales support in-person or remotely
• Technical hardware knowledge will be provided for on site repairs
  Salary: Rs.60,000 – Rs.100,000/-
