IT Project Manager

We are an Information Technology solutions provider headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka with operations in Asia, the United States, and Africa.

We are looking for a passionate IT Project Manager to plan, establish, and manage information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the international reseller partners and technical departments

Essentials for the Role

• Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
• Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
• Managing resources for projects
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
• Conducting risk assessments for projects
• Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress with internal and external parties
• Make sure the timely delivery

Key Requirements

• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of business analysis, project management principles, and planning
• Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Experience in the related field for over 3 years
• Ability to work in International time zones
