Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and plan project schedules
• Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials
• Supervise team members and ensure to complete tasks according to the schedule
• Research industry trends and innovations
• Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary
• Recruit and train employees to fulfill required positions in the Engineering Team
• Prepare project reports and indicate to management if there are risks
• Ensuring the project complies with best practices. SOPS PMO
  policies. and organizational policies. procedures, and Standards
• Define project KPIs and monitor them closely and provide necessary reports to the management

Requirements

• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group members, developers, product owners, and subject matter experts
• Proven leadership qualities to steer teams toward deliverables
• Exercises broadly delegated authority for planning. directing. coordinating, administering, and executing many routines and complex projects/programs
• Possesses high-level understanding in the areas of web application programming. content management systems, API. database and system design
• Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality work

Qualifications

• A degree in project management, business management, or a related field
• 4 Years of experience with project management
• Proficiency with JIRA
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Both Male and females will be preferable
