If yes, we invite you to join the Softmatter team as a Growth Marketer who can

• Drive lead generation & building the top-of-funnel customer portfolio for the Softmatter business.
• Undertake B2B email prospecting leveraging a variety of marketing tools to target personas and companies within the Softmatter business ecosystem.
• Undertake cold calling, e-mail, and LinkedIn outreach to prospects located in the US, EU, and the UK.
• Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research in prospect identification and trend analysis
• Support the development and deployment of customized content across multiple channels contributing to the strategic content marketing strategy
• Support concept development and deployment of key marketing events/expos
• To ensure that all content and outreach are in alignment with the Softmatter brand.
• Support other tasks based on business needs.

Experience and Skill Requirement:

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or relevant discipline
• 2 – 3 years of related Industry Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Product Development related roles
• Experience working with CRM systems and other sales/marketing tools
• A fair understanding of how ABM tools work is a plus.
• Relevant online professional certifications such as Google or HubSpot are a plus
• Experience in content development is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Strong consulting, research, customer service, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to identify emerging trends, interpret data, and draw insights
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
