Marketing Manager

Gunda Power is a rapidly growing renewable energy company committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solar energy solutions across Sri Lanka. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven marketing manager to strengthen our brand and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Build and strengthen the Gunda Power brand across digital and traditional platforms.
3. Lead marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase customer acquisition.
4. Manage social media, digital marketing, website content, and corporate communications.
5. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
6. Coordinate with the sales team to develop marketing programs that drive revenue growth.
7. Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign effectiveness through key performance indicators.
8. Organise exhibitions, corporate events, partnerships, and promotional activities.
9. Develop marketing materials, presentations, and brand communication strategies.

Qualifications & experience

1. Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and business development strategies.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
5. Experience in the renewable energy, engineering, or technology sector will be an added advantage.
6. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
