Marketing executive

Responsibilities

1. Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
2. Managing and monitoring social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics.
3. Assisting in the coordination of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and outdoor advertising.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to provide marketing support for property launches and promotions.
5. Conducting market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
6. Coordinating with external agencies and vendors for the production of marketing materials.
7. Assisting in the planning and execution of corporate events and exhibitions.

Requirements

1. A degree or professional qualification in marketing (SLIM/CIM) or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or service industry.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala.
5. A creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
