Marketing Assistant

Switz Lanka, home to Sri Lanka’s leading egg brand Happy Hen, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management, market analysis, and customer insights within the FMCG and agribusiness sectors.

Requirements

1. Age between 20 to 30 years old.
2. Fully or partly qualified in marketing, business management, or related field.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
5. Capable of managing digital channels & tools.
6. Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
7. Good communication skills in English and able to speak in Sinhala or Tamil.
8. Hold a valid riding/driving license.

Responsibilities

1. Support in marketing, branding and digital channel activities.
2. Assist with data collection, competitor analysis and market research.
3. Prepare reports and presentations with regard to marketing & research.
4. Assist in new product development and brand growth initiatives.
