Job Description

• Experience in SMSC, USSD, Charging Gateway, SMPP, Switch, RBT, and MCA. Telecom and Networking fundamentals.
• Exposure to ITIL-based Support Ops, Advanced knowledge of SS7, Sigtran, and Telecom or VAS Domain.
• Should have basic knowledge of protocols like SMPP, SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP, TCP/IP, and Diameter.
• Should have good experience in Fault Management, Change Management / Configuration Management, Problem management and Performance management.
• Advance level understanding of Infra – H/w, OS, DB &  Networking  concepts
• Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Unix/Linux
• Understanding of storage, including SAN attached & local storage.
