Manager – Operations & Business Development

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations and business development, preferably in a managerial capacity.
3. Previous experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
4. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
5. Proven ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
8. Willingness to travel between branches when required.
9. Male candidate, preferably below 45 years of age.
