Manager – Examinations (Operations)

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage end-to-end examination operations.
2. Plan and coordinate examinations to ensure smooth execution.
3. Analyse examination data and prepare reports for decision-making.
4. Ensure timely and effective stakeholder communication and support.
5. Work closely with internal teams to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications and skills

1. Degree in business administration, management, operations.
2. Management, project management, or a related field.
3. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in operations or in a similar environment.
4. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
5. Sound working knowledge of IT systems to support data analysis and operational tasks.
6. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
