Management Trainee

As a management trainee, you will be part of our dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience in the operations of our tea and coffee outlets. You will learn about store management, customer service, sales, inventory, and team coordination, while developing the skills to grow into a future leader within our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and customer service.
• Learn and support sales and inventory management.
• Work closely with the store and operations team.
• Gain exposure to marketing, product knowledge and brand standards.
• Support team coordination and achieve store targets.

Requirements

• Age below 24
• Fresh graduates or recent graduates (any discipline)
