The job role

• Exploring and pursuing new sales prospects
• Supporting the preparation of sales and marketing strategies
• Preparing monthly/annual sales plans and reaching budgeted sales targets
• Negotiating businesses, maintaining good relationships with customers, and acting as the main contact point
• Designing and executing promotional and off-take activities

Applicant profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in modern trade sales, preferably in the industrial / FMCG Markets
• G.C.E Advanced level
• Full or part qualification of SLIM or CIM or any other equivalent qualification from a reputed academic or professional institute
• Age below 30 years
• Possesses excellent negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while being able to work independently
• The ability to communicate, coordinate effectively, and work with different levels of the organization and external parties
• The ability to work under pressure to strengthen the marketing activities, in support of enhancing the brand presence

Salary 100K-140K
