Key Responsibilities
- A dedicated and enthusiastic team player
- Ensuring smooth ties between operation, sales, and customer
- Explore opportunities for expansion in order to boost the profitability of a project
- Put new ideas and best business practices in place, and then push these efforts forward
- The progress of a project or projects should be led, managed, reviewed, and evaluated
- Handle escalated consumer inquiries and complaints directly and proactively.
- Oversight of outbound activities and processes and derivation and implementation of improved approaches
- Cooperation with the customer support team and provision of advice on sales-related issues
- Creation of plans and schedules in order to accomplish objectives
- Setting week19 and monthly sales targets
- Training junior telesales staff
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of management experience
- Should have handled at least a team of 50 including TL’s
- Management degree preferred
- Hands-on experience on outbound calls and Telesales
- Proficient in MS Office
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, presentation, and Analytical skills
