Field Officer

As the Field Officer of the Plantation Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring an optimum yield on the coconut plantation. You are expected to execute Planning, Organizing, and Implementing the guideline set out by the company in achieving the goal of the Plantation.
Key Job Functions
- Planning Man Power requirements and allocating them for planting, harvesting, fertilizing, and other necessities
- Execution of Agricultural practices of nurseries
- Apply best practices for Pest Control and Disease Management
- Supervise timely coconut harvesting and de-husking of coconut
- Attend day-to-day issues related to the workforce and maintain relationships with estate villagers
The ideal candidate should
- Diploma in Plantation Management
- Should Pass C.C.E Advanced Level in any stream
- Minimum 05 years experience in Plantation Industry, 03 years experience in a similar capacity in Coconut Estate management is MUST
- Knowledge and experience in Organic coconut Plantation will be an added advantage
