As a Digital Content Management Associate with Intrepid, you will be part of our Digital Team and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and administration of Intrepid’s website and digital channels. You will provide strong assistance with website content updates, issue resolution, documentation and training, user management, and UAT testing.

Every day will be different, but some of the tasks you’ll support are:

• Work alongside the Digital Team to plan and deliver the wider digital business strategy.
• Work on content /user-related inquiries received via Website support
• Production and maintenance of web content/user administration training documentation
• Participation in the sprint development process
• Content updating, Reporting, and analysis

A desire to build a career is a must! With it, you’ll bring experience in:

• Tertiary qualification (Business or IT)
• 1+ years in a website admin role, content updating, or similar
• Experience in an international eCommerce business
• Experience with testing and writing requirements in an agile development environment
• A basic understanding of technical considerations (HTML, SEO, UX) would be a bonus
• Experience working in content management systems such as Contentstack and Drupal is an advantage
