OXO Tech is a fast-growing software services company with a team of 140+ skilled professionals delivering bespoke software development, resource augmentation, and system integration solutions to clients across the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK and UAE.

As part of our expansion strategy, we are diversifying into tourism, e-commerce and education verticals. To support this growth, we are looking to onboard intern – business analysts’ to our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in managing and delivering software development projects from initiation to closure.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
3. Coordinate with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to track project progress and resolve issues.
4. Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams regarding project updates, timelines, and deliverables.
5. Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to processes and best practices.
6. Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely escalation when necessary.
7. Support the development of project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
2. Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
3. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
