IE Senior Executive

We are looking for a results-oriented IE Senior Executive to join our team in Katugastota.

Key responsibilities

1. Conduct time studies, work studies, and method improvements.
2. Develop and maintain SMVs for garment styles.
3. Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and utilization.
4. Analyze production processes and implement improvement initiatives.
5. Plan line layouts and optimize workstation arrangements.
6. Identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
7. Work closely with production, quality, planning, and merchandising teams.
8. Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
9. Prepare productivity and performance reports.

Requirements

1. Degree or diploma in industrial engineering, textile engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
2. 2-5 years of industrial engineering experience in the garment industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Good knowledge of SMV calculation, line balancing, and productivity improvement techniques.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and industrial engineering tools.
