As we continue to grow, we are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial strategy, strengthen our market presence, and drive sustainable business growth across all channels.

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for sales, strategic marketing, customer excellence, and business development.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute the company’s sales and marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
  2. Drive revenue growth across retail, corporate, weddings, events, and strategic partnerships.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with corporate and key accounts.
  4. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  5. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
  6. Oversee the timely management of client enquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to order fulfilment.
  7. Provide strategic oversight of all Poru Flore retail sales channels, including physical outlets and online platforms, ensuring operational excellence, consistent brand standards, and achievement of sales targets.
  8. Prepare regular sales, marketing, and performance reports for management and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements

  1. Prior experience in a senior sales & marketing leadership role is essential.
  2. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  3. Experience within the floral industry will be a distinct advantage. Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, events, lifestyle, or premium gifting sectors will also be favourably considered.
  4. Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  5. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  8. A proactive, innovative, and results-oriented professional with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
