Senior Manager – Operations

We are a 10-year-old organization in the Wellness and Service sector with an impeccable business history with the commercial and hospitality industries in Sri Lanka and The Maldives, liaising with some of the luxurious brands and institutions.

Job Role

• Handle Costing / Budgeting
• Source suppliers — Local & International
• Liaising with business partners
• Communication with Factory & Office
• Handle Imports & Exports
• Handle timely deliveries and commitments
• Handle inter-department correspondence
• Maintain Stock / Inventory and material analysis
• Handle the overall administration & production QC

Prerequisites

• Age below 35
• Ability to converse in English both written and verbal
• Operations related Qualifications HND or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Ability to work both individually and as a part of the team
• Exceptional team player
• Competency in process innovation and implementation
