Factory manager – male (Anuradhapura)

SDK is a leading agricultural product processing and trading company in Sri Lanka. Due to expanding market opportunities, we require an energetic, hardworking male for the above position at our maize and soya processing factory in Pandulagama, Anuradhapura.

Requirements

1. Age around 45 years.
2. 5+ years of experience in managing a large factory with operations and people.
3. Preferably having relevant academic and professional qualifications.
4. Ability to deal with farmers, government departments, suppliers and customers.
5. Experience in procurement, factory management, transport and logistics.
6. Should have excellent communication and PR skills.
7. Residence in Anuradhapura is preferred, or he should be willing to reside at the factory.
