Executive – Sales & Marketing

Scope of work

1. Find sales/marketing new leads and convert into business solutions.
2. Identify customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to finalise the solution.
3. Engage with prospective customers, schedule meetings, and deliver presentations.
4. Handle customer inquiries over various communication channels.
5. Prepare quotations, solution documents, and solution presentations for customers.
6. Develop sales/marketing materials, update/upload social media and digital platforms and newsletters.
7. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, prospective customers, and products.

Qualifications and experience

1. Higher national diploma or diploma in business management or related discipline.
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in a sales/marketing role.
3. Very good communication skills and ability to convince, persuade, and influence others.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
5. Excellent in English and Sinhala, written and verbal.
6. Capable of working independently as well as collaborating in a fast-paced environment.
