Role profile
- Ensure production target are achieved within the given shift while maintaining all the safety and quality parameters within standards.
- Ensure all the GMP and personal hygiene practices are in place in the assigned production area.
- Coordinate with supportive department to avoid any obstacles for the smooth functioning of the process.
- Highlight and escalate any obstacles and deviation which impend the process efficiency and take steps to correct those immediately.
- Drive the team towards continuous improvement (PQCDSM) by eliminating the non-value adding activities in the process.
- Make sure that employees are well informed and work productively in a happy environment with continuous supervision and interactive communication with them.
- Ensure all the manufacturing KPIs are met within relevant shift.
- Ensure all the manufacturing data are captured and entered to the system on time and accurately.
- Responsible for overseeing night shift operations to ensure continuity of production and adherence to quality standards.
Personal profile
- Degree in physical science / food science or engineering.
- 2 years’ experience in a food / confectionery manufacturing plant in a relevant capacity.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Knowledge in SAP is added advantage.
- Strong leadership ability along with analytical and critical thinking mindset.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision with tight deadlines.
