Executive – Compliance & Administration

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive executive – compliance & administration for one of our clients in the casino industry. This is a full-time, office-based role located at Lotus Tower. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax-related functions and ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements in Sri Lanka.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports, returns, and regulatory documentation accurately and on time.
- Perform any other finance and compliance-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar professional qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Experience in handling financial and other statutory matters.
- Exposure to liaising with: IRD, CBSL, BOI, SLTDA, CMC, Financial Intelligence Unit of Sri Lanka (FIU), Department of Imports and Exports.
