Job description

1. Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at the front office area.
2. Assist customers in a professional way in order to give them a pleasant experience.
3. Responsible for maintaining maternity database and registration of patients.
4. Maintaining a good rapport with the consultants.
5. Maintain, coordination and good communication with consultants, patients and other departments in the hospital.
6. Resolve patients’/customers’ requirements quickly, efficiently and courteously.
7. Managing the inquires of all digital platforms with related to maternity.
8. Driving engagement activities & programs related to maternity.

Entry requirement

1. Willingness to work in a roster basis.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity.
3. Good communication skills in English & Sinhala (proficiency in Tamil will be a distinct advantage).
4. Team player with dynamic personality & positive attitude.
5. Voice clarity & courtesy with listening skills and service-oriented mindset.
6. Should have a pleasing personality.
7. Willingness to work long hours.
