Event Marketing Executive

Job role

• Plan and execute event marketing campaigns and activities to promote company products and services.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams for successful events.
• Create event materials and manage logistics, schedules and on-site activities.
• Support brand building and generate leads through effective event marketing.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on event performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event marketing or event management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and strong planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms (an added advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel (when required).
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
