Trainee/ Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Create awareness of and develop the brand 
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting connection with B2B & B2C customers 
• Plan, execute and monitor campaigns and meet deadlines 
• Arrange the effective distribution of marketing material (POSM) 
• Source advertising opportunities and place adverts 
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing 
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience 
• Achieve the best customer experience through modern trade
• Conduct market research for campaigns

Requirements

• Marketing Executive or similar role (preferred in the beauty and fashion industry) 
• Excellent understanding of marketing concepts and best practices 
• Experience with B2B & B2C marketing activities 
• Skills and experience in creative content writing 
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• CIM or any marketing-relevant field education
