Senior Executive – Risk & Compliance

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits in the Hospital and Laboratories as per the annual audit plan.
  • Communicate internal audit findings in a timely and comprehensive manner.
  • Make recommendations to improve internal controls and governance processes of the organization.
  • Ensure legal and statutory compliance.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess

  • A degree in Finance/ Accounting or part qualification in ACCA / CA.
  • Minimum of 03 years experience in handling internal audits at a reputed audit firm or experience in the medium-scale business environment, preferably in a manufacturing setting up
  • Up-to-date knowledge in auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the strong analytical, presentation, and organizing skills.
  • Required to travel within Colombo and suburbs as and when required.
