Digital Sales Lead Management Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused male or female candidate to manage sales inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.

Key requirements

1. Passed G.C.E. A/L (minimum qualification)
2. Diploma or certificate in marketing, sales, business management, or a related field
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
4. Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
5. Strong interpersonal skills and customer relationship management abilities
6. Experience handling social media inquiries is an advantage
7. Good knowledge of MS Word & Excel

Responsibilities

1. Monitor and manage sales inquiries received through digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and web/email daily
2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
3. Coordinate with the UAE office to prepare quotations
4. Follow up with leads and manage customer communications
5. Update CRM records and ensure customer satisfaction
