Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Set up campaigns across managed and self-service platforms, including display, video, mobile, and social media.
- Collaborate with the creative team on content strategy, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Support finance operations with monthly reconciliation and invoicing.
- Continuously study market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or digital advertising.
- Experience in an agency or performance media role is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, audience targeting, reporting).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and paid media strategies.
- Creative mindset with a passion for strategy and ideas.
