Digital Marketing Coordinator

You’ll be responsible for managing and executing multi dealer franchise database marketing, content, and website updates, with a strong focus on driving customer engagement and lead generation.
You’ll work remotely but closely with our Australian team, so clear communication and initiative are critical.
Key responsibilities
Database marketing
Learn and work with CRM systems to:
- Segment and / or extract customer data for campaigns
- Create and manage SMS & EDM communications
- Review and update customer workflows
Content marketing
- Plan and create Facebook & Instagram content
- Write engaging copy for:
- Social posts
- EDMs
- Blog page articles
- Generate and pitch creative content ideas
- Manage content creation autonomously
Website management
- Update and manage website content via WordPress and other CMS when required.
- Publish blog posts and landing pages
- Have a knowledge of HTML (preferred but not essential)
- Ensure dealer franchise OEM website content is up-to-date and aligned with campaigns
Performance & optimisation
- Analyse marketing data and campaign performance
- Identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Assist with campaign strategy and execution
What we’re looking for

Required experience
- Minimum 4+ years as a marketing coordinator or similar role
- Strong experience in database marketing, including:
- EDM creation
- CRM usage
- Database management
- SMS marketing
- Strong content marketing experience, including:
- Social media content (Facebook & Instagram)
- Copywriting for all channel marketing communications
- Autonomous content creation
- Experience using WordPress or equivalent CMS for maintaining websites
Preferred experience
- First hand copywriting experience including use of AI
- Automotive industry experience
- Agency experience
- Graphic design skills
- Meta content experience
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Marketing data analysis and reporting
Software & tools
Experience with (or similar to):
- CRM / EDM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, sales force, Mailchimp)
- WordPress / other CMS
- Microsoft 365
- Adobe creative suite
- Meta content tools
