Analytics Translator – Group Business Operations
The Job
- Developing the plans to gain meaningful insights from available data about product offerings, customer segmentation, and competitor products
- Serving as a single SPOC for new requirements elicitation, elaboration, and documentation in Jira and working with business/support units to identify opportunities for leveraging organizations’ data to drive business
- Implementing exploratory data analysis, visualization, hypothesis testing, and presenting findings & actionable intelligence to stakeholders & senior management through data visualization tools
- Working in cross-functional teams to develop & trial use cases further evaluate business process integration options, offer design, and prescriptive analysis for successful business deployment
- Managing operational report requests via Tableau/Safe Harbor and the dashboard in the Tableau portal
- Utilizing big data from Opcos using suitable machine learning methods to provide solutions & achieve KPI set by CDO/CCO/COO/CSO with details on resources required & project timeline
- Supporting for designing incremental ARPU uplift from marketing BTL campaigns & immediate growth in take-up rates set while measuring the impact/ ROI and identifying further optimization
- Implementing segment of One granularity for the business and providing analytical support for growth hacking programs and conducting research on industry best practices and working with internal/external parties on tasks
- Preparing roadmaps, investment papers, and research on emerging technologies communicating with business subject matter experts for continuous improvement of methodologies
The Person
- Possess a degree in Degree in Business/ Telecommunications/ quantitative modeling/statistic, along with ACCA/CIMA qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Telco industry
- Excellent communication skills
