Agriculture Development Officers

We have been in operation for over 5 years and our product range includes organic juices, dehydrated fruits, spices, and vegan products. The Company has a proven track record in exports to Europe, Australia, Japan, and the USA, under its own brand as well as private labels.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage farmer groups for selected crops and arrange transportation of the harvest to the factory
• Maintain a good relationship with the farmer community and implement CSR activities
• Train farmer groups on proper agronomic practices, post-harvesting technologies, and quality parameters of each crop
• Maintain crop calendars, harvesting cycles, organic, and other certificate requirements at a farmer level

Requirements

• Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute
• 1- 2 years experience in a similar role
• Valid riding license
• Ability to work long hours
