About the company

JK Garments (Private) Limited is one of Sri Lanka’s leading apparel manufacturers and exporters, supplying premium garments to globally recognised brands. As we continue to strengthen our corporate brand, employer brand, and digital presence, we are looking for a passionate, innovative, and creative content creator to join our team.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and execute creative content strategies to enhance the JK Garments brand across digital platforms.
2. Create high-quality photo, video, and graphic content showcasing our manufacturing capabilities, sustainability initiatives, innovation, people, and corporate culture.
3. Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, the company website, and other digital channels.
4. Manage brand awareness campaigns, corporate promotions, recruitment campaigns, customer success stories, and event coverage.
5. Produce compelling storytelling content that highlights JK Garments’ people, technology, customers, and achievements.
6. Coordinate and conduct content shoots across factory locations and corporate events.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to develop content supporting marketing, employer branding, sustainability, CSR, and customer engagement.
8. Stay up to date with digital media trends and recommend innovative ideas to strengthen the company’s online presence.
9. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and audience engagement.
10. Ensure all content aligns with JK Garments’ brand identity and corporate communication standards.

Ideal candidate

1. Degree or professional qualification in marketing, digital media, communication, multimedia, journalism, or a related field.
2. Minimum two years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, branding, or social media management.
3. Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar creative software.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
6. Highly creative with strong storytelling and visual communication abilities.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
8. Willingness to travel between factory locations when required.
