In this background, the company is expanding its footprint beyond Colombo with the launch of an innovative co-working facility in Kurunegala. As we continue to create dynamic workspaces that inspire productivity, collaboration, and business growth, we are seeking a passionate and results-oriented community manager to lead the day-to-day operations of this exciting new venture.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage entire day to day operations of the location
- Manage all inquiries, walk ins, referrals and prospective clients
- Conduct client viewing and presentations of the facility
- Convert inquiries into confirmed memberships
- Ensure monthly occupancy and revenue targets are achieved
- Create a friendly environment to facilitate high member satisfaction
- Maintain and monitor financial records, accounts and reporting documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills and qualifications
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in marketing
- A minimum of 2 – 4 years’ experience with increasing responsibility in either sales, marketing, administration or customer service field
- Good listening, administrative & problem-solving skills
- Should be customer oriented & able to work with a diverse range of customers
- Fluency in Sinhala, English and preferably Tamil as well
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in the finance field would be an advantage
Preference will be given to candidates residing within close proximity to Kurunegala City.
