Basic qualifications

External candidates (1 or 2 below):

The ideal candidates should be:

1. A bachelor’s degree in chemistry which is recognized by the University Grant Commission. And should have at least one (01) year’s industrial experience in the subject field relevant to the post (preferred paper industry).
2. Having passed the intermediate examination of a recognized professional charted institute or a certificate of proficiency not below than the national vocational qualification level 7, issued by a technical/vocational training institute accepted by tertiary and vocational education commission. And a minimum of one year post qualifying experience in public service, a corporation, statutory board/institution or a reputed private institution. (Preferred paper industry).
