About the company

AEN Palm Oil Processing is a BOI-approved joint venture in Baduraliya, Sri Lanka. The company processes fresh fruit bunches (FFB) into high-quality crude palm oil. We are seeking dedicated professionals for the following positions across our plant and laboratory.

Chemist (AEN lab)

Requirements

1. Possess an I-Chem qualification, an N.D.T. qualification, or a degree in chemistry awarded by a recognized institute.
2. 1-3 years’ experience.
3. Age: 20-32 years.

Key responsibilities

1. Perform laboratory analysis on raw materials and final products.
2. Maintain accurate records and ensure quality standards (ISO).
3. Maintain laboratory processes and equipment.

Technical officer (production)

Requirements

1. A degree in a related technical field.
2. 1-3 years’ experience in production plant operations.
3. Age: 20-35 years.

Key responsibilities

1. Operate and maintain production equipment.
2. Monitor production processes and product flow.
3. Maintain high production and safety standards.

Technical officer (yard)

Requirements

1. A degree, HND or diploma in agriculture.
2. 1-2 years’ experience in the agricultural field.
3. Age: 20-35 years.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage FFB reception, storage, and yard space.
2. Inspect FFB loads and handle quality deductions.
3. Ensure fast unloading and zero.
4. Monitor Bobcat and oversee yard equipment maintenance.
5. Maintain accurate incoming and outgoing records.
6. Maintain IMS (FSSC/OHSAS/EMS) standards.
