Sales Staff
What you’ll do:
- Respond to inquiries from both external (restaurants) and internal (staff) parties
- Quick thinker: You should be able to think fast and come up with answers to difficulties in the restaurant
- Take care of restaurant problems over the phone and via email
- Provide restaurant partners with support, including live advising, to help them get the most out of our platform
- Handle a huge number of inbound and outgoing calls efficiently
- Determine the needs of the restaurant, clarify information, conduct research on all issues, and offer answers and/or alternatives
- Attend training on a regular basis to increase your knowledge and performance
- Earn between Rs. 18,000/- to 65,000/- on your performances
What you’ll require
- Experience in client assistance/administration or equivalent 1 year
- High energy-take responsibility for Eats development and enjoyment our eatery accomplices
- Capacity to think in an intelligent way and investigate eateries’ requirements to both open doors and imaginatively issue tackle
- Experience in the café or accommodation space is an or more
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Presentations, and Salesforce or more
- Familiarity with English, Sinhala, and Tamil liked
