• Helping IceHrm open-source customers to succeed
• Improve documentation
• Blog about our products
• Conduct product demo’s for IceHrm customers
• Provide support to IceHrm customers by replying to customer questions
• Testing IceHrm
• Proposing new features for the product
• Manage IceHrm social media accounts
