Little Lion Associates (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Maliban Group of Companies, is one of the leading FSSC 22000 certified organizations, specialized in manufacturing and marketing of cookies, baby rusks, wafers, swiss rolls, cakes & bakery products. In line with our rapid expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individuals to fill the following positions immediately.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement brand strategies for assigned brands to ensure competitive and profitable business growth to suit the current market dynamics.
2. Identify market opportunities and develop marketing plans to explore growth opportunities.
3. Design and lead marketing initiatives, new product development, pricing strategies, trade marketing initiatives to achieve both short- and long-term business goals.
4. Measure and improve marketing & business performance on a regular basis in line with emerging market trends & consumer insights.
5. Managing creative agencies, media partnerships and external retainer partners for effective execution.
6. Manage marketing budgets / resources for the better ROI.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing from a recognized institute or fully qualified in CIM UK/ SLIM.
2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
3. Sound knowledge of MS office packages / BI tools.
4. Proficiency in English language is a must.
5. FMCG industry exposure will be an added advantage.

Experience

Brand manager

1. At least 04 years experience in brand management out of which a minimum of two years in assistant manager /manager capacity.
2. Age below 32 years.

Assistant brand manager

1. At least 02 years experience in brand management and preferably a minimum of one year in assistant manager capacity.
2. Age below 30 years.
