Minsara Bookshop (Pvt) Ltd is one of the leading booksellers in Sri Lanka. Our business operation is into retail and wholesale of books and stationeries, publishing and distributing printed books of various categories. We are currently seeking for the below position results driven professionals to join our team.

As a Branch Executive at Minsara Bookshop (Pvt) Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operation of the book section, guiding the showroom team and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining smooth operational and sales processes.

Key requirements

1. Minimum GCE (O/L) qualification
2. Age between 25 – 50 years
3. Male or female candidates are welcome
4. Achieve division sales targets and contribute to business growth
5. Maintain excellent customer relationships and service standards
6. Coordinate with the stores and purchases team for smooth operations
7. Minimum two (2) years of experience in the retail industry, including staff management and customer care
8. Pleasant personality with effective verbal and written communication skills in English
9. Good working knowledge of MS Excel
10. Accommodation can be provided, if required
