Senior / Project Manager Fintech Projects

Our client is a leading Software Solutions Company in Sri Lanka.

Key Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
• PMP certification
• A significant experience at a senior level in Project Management
• Excellent communication skills in English-both written and spoken
• Ability to juggle a range of project types, complex business initiatives, change programs, and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure
• Good understanding of performance management frameworks and tools in the delivery/ of business objectives
• Team management experience with the ability to manage and motivate project teams
• Well conversant in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
• Strong interpersonal$ time management and problem-solving skills
