Production Manager (Organic Food and Beverage Production)

Our client is a well-established and reputed Organic and Agro-value added manufacturer with a very strong track record [n local and international markets.

Key Requirements:

• Possesses a degree in Engineering or related discipline;
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Food and Beverage manufacturing in at least 5+ years of managerial experience in production
• Strong expertise in food and beverage production processes/ procedures, food safety and compliances, labor utilization, inventory management (raw material. packing materials, spare parts, finished goods), and cost reduction \ management; Fruit processing plant experience is a definite advantage
• Ability to ensure seamless production while achieving the set production objectives by implementing actions plans and overseeing the maintenance, repair, and replacement and machinery requirement evaluations
• Excellent leadership. interpersonal, computer literacy, and communication (English and Sinhala Verbal and Written) skills.
