The role:

We are looking for a self-motivated brand manager who is passionate about helping to build the athletics greens brand through the creation of data- and insight-driven marketing campaigns that will establish ag1 as a cultural phenomenon and breakthrough product in the supplement categoryThis role reports to the senior director, brand strategy, and represents a true modern marketing leader – a blend of brand marketing, product marketing and growth marketingWe are looking for a collaborative, self-starting market and project leader who brings a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and has a passion for breakthrough brand storytelling.

What you`ll do:

  • Steward and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop multi-touch acquisition and retention product marketing journeys, from brief through creative development, execution and post-campaign learning.
  • Be the central point of contact for key ag1 product messaging, collaborating closely with medical and legal advisory roles, and supporting the broader organization to ensure consistency and brand-right representation of the ag1 product brand.
  • Collaborate with consumer knowledge teams to design and conduct on-going research sprints and test-and-learn deployments to inform and validate all dimensions of product positioning and messaging against customer segments.
  • Identify areas for creative and messaging optimization across our owned, earned and paid ecosystem, and collaborate with cross functional teams to iterate, measure and scale.
  • Act a global liaison to marketing teams in europe and china, ensuring those teams are supported with the latest product marketing strategy, roadmap, messaging, etc.
  • Be on the pulse of the brand and its place in the broader health and wellness space, focused on competitive monitoring and identifying proactive/reactive opportunities for the brand to show up and serve our prospects and current customers.
  • Support the senior director, brand strategy on larger initiatives.

What we`re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of brand marketing experience with a proven track record of leading campaign development for innovative, culturally-forward brands.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude.
  • A desire to follow broader cultural conversation across social media around key topic areas: health and wellness, sports, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once.
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
  • A full life outside of work with personal passions and hobbies!
  • Dtc experience strongly preferred.
