Assistant Manager – Showroom (Fashion Retail)

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team at our Panadura outlet.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years’ working experience in similar capacity.
2. Diploma in sales and marketing.
3. Extensive knowledge about the fashion industry and visual merchandising.
4. Ability to identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirement.
5. Ability to maintain staff performance by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job result.
6. Keep the store and visual merchandising to a phenomenal standard.
7. Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office.
8. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
9. Age below 45.
