Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to achieve output targets.
- Ensure compliance with organic, food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production efficiency, yields, material utilization, and wastage reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present production reports, KPIs, and operational performance updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in food processing, spices, organic products or agricultural processing industries will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong knowledge, organic standards, and quality management systems.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
