Assistant Factory Manager

About the company

Three Sinha Industries (Pvt) Ltd, is a well-established steel fabrication and manufacturing company, and we are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Factory Manager at our factory located in the Millewa Industrial Zone.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in managing daily factory operations and production activities.
2. Coordinate production schedules to ensure the timely completion of projects.
3. Monitor workforce productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
4. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental standards.
5. Supervise and motivate production teams to achieve organizational objectives.
6. Coordinate with procurement, stores, maintenance, and quality assurance departments.
7. Prepare production reports and assist management in operational planning.
8. Support the factory manager in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

1. Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Sound knowledge of production planning, quality control, and factory operations.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and report preparation.
